Zapper is a browser extension and web dashboard (together, "Zapper") operated by an independent creator rather than a registered company. These terms cover both, at dash.zapper.click and wherever the extension is distributed.

What you're agreeing to

By creating an account or installing the extension, you agree to use Zapper for its actual purpose (rewriting your own AI prompts) and not to abuse the service (scraping, reverse-engineering the API to bypass plan limits, or using it to generate content that violates Anthropic's own usage policies, since your rewrites are ultimately processed through Anthropic's API).

Accounts and plans

Free, Pro, and Max plans exist with the limits shown on the pricing page. Paid plan billing is not yet automated. Any current paid plan was arranged directly with us; this will change once automated billing is available, and this page will be updated accordingly. You can add your own Anthropic API key on Pro/Max for unmetered use.

No warranty

Zapper is provided as-is. As an early-stage product, it may have bugs, downtime, or changes when the platforms it integrates with (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) change their own pages. Rewritten prompts are a best-effort suggestion, not a guarantee of a better outcome. You choose whether to accept them.

Your content

You own what you type. Zapper only processes prompt text at the moment you click Zappy, to generate the rewrite. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what's read, sent, and stored.

Ending your account

You can stop using Zapper anytime by revoking your extension token and uninstalling the extension. Email us to delete your account and stored data entirely.

Changes

These terms will change as the product does. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date, not silently.

These terms describe the product as it exists today, including that billing is not yet automated. They will be revised as Zapper changes, including once real billing exists. This is a plain-language description of current practice, not a substitute for professional legal review.
