Zappy isn't showing up on the page

Confirm the extension is enabled in chrome://extensions, then hard-refresh the Claude.ai, ChatGPT, or Gemini tab. If you just reloaded or reconnected the extension, open tabs need a hard refresh to reconnect. That's a normal part of how Chrome extensions work, not a bug.

Clicking Zappy says no extension token / not connected

Open the dashboard at dash.zapper.click, go to Settings, and generate an extension token, then paste it into the extension's own options page (right-click the Zapper icon → Options).

Power Zap keeps saying there's no context to ground against

Power Zap grounds the rewrite in your recent conversation, so it needs an existing back-and-forth to read. It won't have anything to work with on a brand-new, empty chat. Send at least one message first, or just use a regular Zap for a fresh chat.

I hit my monthly limit

Free, Pro, and Max all reset monthly. Check your usage on the dashboard's home page. If you think a count is wrong, email us the account email and roughly when it happened.

Account and data

See the Privacy Policy for what Zapper reads and stores. You can revoke your extension token, delete a saved API key, or ask us to delete your account entirely. Email us for account deletion.

Zapper is under active development. If something's broken or missing, let us know. Your feedback directly shapes what gets fixed next.
