Zapper Zapper
$zapper --platforms claude,chatgpt,gemini

Optimize the prompt.
Scan the risk.
Then send.

Zappy turns a rough prompt into a scoped, execution-ready one, and flags anything risky pasted alongside it, before either reaches Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini.

$the-problem

The tax isn't tokens. It's round trips.

You know what you want. The model doesn't, not from "fix the bug" or "make this faster." So it asks. You clarify. It asks again. Every loop costs time, not (measurably) money, and that's the actual point.

$how-it-works --steps 3

How it works

Same core flow across Claude.ai, ChatGPT, and Gemini.

Claude.ai ChatGPT Gemini
01
Zappy sits on the composer
Nudge-only: nothing fires until you click him. No auto-analyze on keystroke.
02
Pick Quick Zap or Power Zap
Power Zap grounds the rewrite against real recent conversation history, via a visible per-session toggle, not a buried setting.
03
Accept only what you want
Every rewritten sentence is its own checkbox. Accept inserts just the parts you checked.

Meet Zappy

"I sit in the corner of your composer and mind my own business. I don't fire on keystrokes, I don't auto-analyze while you're typing. You write, I wait. You click, I work. Same guy whether you're on Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini."

nudge-only no auto-fire works the same on all 3 platforms
$zapper --for coding,research,academic,business

Built for people who already write real prompts

Not "AI for everyone." If you're tired of clarifying-question loops eating your session, and you'd rather state your own assumptions up front than have the model guess at them, this is for you.

01coding
Turn "fix the bug" into a request naming the file, the symptom, and your stack assumptions, before a clarifying question costs you a round trip.
02research
Ground a vague ask in the sources or scope you actually mean, so the first answer is usable instead of a generic survey.
03academic
State your assignment's real constraints (length, citation style, what's off-limits) instead of re-explaining them after a generic first draft.
04business
Turn "write a proposal" into one scoped to your actual client, budget, and deadline, so the first draft is close enough to edit, not rewrite.
$rogue-detection --tier max

Rogue Prompt Detection

Pasting a README, a SKILLS.md, or someone else's setup script straight into your prompt means pasting whatever they hid in it, too. Zappy scans that content for injection and malicious-command patterns. Optimization and risk analysis happen in the same request, with no separate scan and no extra click. It warns. It never blocks; your rewrite still happens either way.

Zappy in his trojan-cap "safety" skin, which appears account-wide whenever Rogue Detection is on.

What Zapper actually reads, and how billing works

only the composer
Nothing fires until you click Zappy. No background scraping of your conversation.
bring your own key
Zapper-funded Zaps count against your plan's monthly limit. Add your own Anthropic key (Pro/Max) instead and Anthropic bills you directly; that usage doesn't touch your plan limit. Either way, your plan still pays for the Zapper platform itself: the optimization engine, Power Zaps, Rogue Detection, and the dashboard.
consistent everywhere
Zappy follows the same workflow across Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini: same popover, same behavior, not three different tools wearing one name.

Max isn't just more volume: Rogue Prompt Detection is the tier's actual differentiator. Paid tiers also run a stronger model under the hood for tougher prompts.
Pro and Max are in early access, not yet billable. Pricing above reflects our current plan, not a final price. It may change before paid tiers launch.

FAQ

What is a Zap?+
One prompt rewrite: Zappy takes what's in the composer and turns it into a scoped, execution-ready version before you send it.
What is a Power Zap?+
A Zap that also reads a handful of your recent conversation messages to ground the rewrite in real context, instead of just the current composer text.
What does Rogue Prompt Detection do?+
Scans that same click-triggered text for prompt-injection or malicious-command patterns, in the same request as the rewrite, not a separate one. It warns; it never blocks your rewrite.
Does Zapper automatically read my conversations?+
No. Nothing fires until you click Zappy. It reads the composer at that moment, plus (only if Power Zap is on) a handful of recent visible messages at that same moment. No background scraping.
Are my prompts stored?+
No. We don't store the content of your prompts or the rewrites after the request completes. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what is stored.
How does BYOK (bring your own key) work?+
Add your own Anthropic API key in Settings (Pro/Max). Zapper calls Anthropic with your key instead of ours. Anthropic bills you directly for that usage, and it doesn't count against your plan's Zap limits.
Why do I still need a paid plan if I'm using my own key?+
Your plan pays for the Zapper platform itself (the optimization engine, Power Zaps, Rogue Prompt Detection, profiles, and the dashboard), not just the underlying model call. BYOK changes who bills the model call; it doesn't change who builds and runs the tool making it.
Which platforms are supported?+
Claude.ai, ChatGPT, and Gemini today, with the same core Zappy workflow on all three.
When will Pro and Max become available?+
We're finishing real billing before charging anyone. Join the waitlist and we'll email you when it's live. The pricing shown is a planned launch price, not final.

Fewer retries. Better first answers.
Safer prompts.
